Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse

A stunning and unusual Patek Philippe Ellipse with hobnail bezel. This one is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, and is a little bit larger than the standard gents Ellipse. It comes with the original (worn) leather band and original 18ct Patek Ellipse buckle. It also comes with a fresh Patek leather band and the generic brown band that’s pictured.
