Christopher Ward C12 Loco Black C12-41H6D1-S00K0-B0 Christopher Ward are masters at providing very high quality, and beautifully executed watches at very compelling price points. They democratised the Sonnerie with the Bel Canto, and have now provided the watch loving world with a spectacularly designed architectural take on the integrated sports watch with the C12 Loco. Watches like this don't usually come from smaller brands, and not at these sorts of price points. It's based around the C12 line, which is their integrated sports watch, but has created a watch that is both avant-garde in it's aesthetic and construction, while also being very interesting mechanically. And one cannot exist without the other, which is what makes it feel so special. It features a 41mm case in steel, that measures in at a compact 47.5mm lug-to-lug and is 13.7mm thick. This may seem a bit thicker than ideal on paper, but the case height is there for a very good reason (plus it also feels much thinner than that due to the design of the crystal, which is where a lot of the height lies). The dial is a donut-shaped piece of sapphire, which is stepped up over the vertically brushed dial-base. This then drops off along a sharp bevel to a lightly grained surface, atop which sits the beating balance and escape wheel suspended on wonderful brushed bridges. Flip it over, and you're greeted with the in-house CW-003 manual winding movement with twin barrels and a monstrous 144 hour power reserve. Not only is it technically proficient, but it is also stunning to behold, and perfectly suits the aesthetic of the watch. It is quite some achievement for a watch at this price point. Finishing it off is an integrated steel bracelet with in-built quick micro adjust. This particular piece was first delivered in January 2026 and remains in TZ 'Mint' condition, with no signs of wear that we can see. Please see images for full condition details.
